El orden público ecológico chileno en el proceso por una nueva Constitución
Chile, mediante su proceso de elaboración de un Proyecto de Nueva Constitución, no solo ha dado paso a nuevas expresiones y nuevos conceptos para el constitucio nalismo y las diferentes disciplinas del derecho, sino también se ha destacado por orientar el debate político hacia la necesidad de crear un orden público ecológico como concepto autónomo. La necesidad de crear este orden se expresa y se funda menta a través de metaconsensos constitucionales a partir del debate político sobre la crisis climática. Este artículo resalta el análisis de la relación naturaleza-economía en sede constitucional, y el interés ecológico en disputa entre el orden público eco nómico y el orden público ecológico.

Chile’s ecological public order within the framework of a new Constitution
Chile, as a result of its process to draft a new constitution, has not only paved the way for new expressions and concepts in constitutionalism and the various legal disci plines, but it has also stood out for directing the political debate toward the need to establish an ecological public order as an autonomous concept. The need to create this order is expressed and substantiated through constitutional meta-consensus that stem from the political debate on the climate crisis. This article highlights the analysis of the nature-economy relationship in terms of the Constitution and the ecological interest at stake in the dispute between the economic public order and the ecological public order

Die ökologische öffentliche Ordnung Chiles im Kontext einer neuen Verfassung
Chile hat mit der Ausarbeitung einer Vorlage für eine neue Verfassung nicht nur den Weg für neue Ausdrucksformen und Konzepte auf dem Gebiet des Konstituti onalismus und anderer Rechtsdisziplinen frei gemacht, sondern sich auch dadurch ausgezeichnet, dass es die politische Debatte in Richtung Notwendigkeit einer ökologischen öffentlichen Ordnung als eigenständigem Konzept gelenkt hat. Die Notwendigkeit, eine solche Ordnung zu schaffen, kommt in der Bildung eines verfas sungsbezogenen Meta-Konsenses auf der Grundlage der politischen Debatte über die Klimakrise zum Ausdruck und wird darin begründet. Der Artikel befasst sich in seiner Analyse vorrangig mit dem Verhältnis zwischen Natur und Wirtschaft in der Verfassungsberatung und mit dem Interesse an der Ökologie, das zwischen der öko nomischen und der ökologischen öffentlichen Ordnung umstritten ist.
